Weekly Wishes

Weekly WishesHappy Monday, my lovelies and I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I know I did + am looking forward to the week ahead. Last week, my Weekly Wishes were to get back into blogging, keep my head above water with school work and relax a bit by flipping through that Elle that has been on my desk. I got back into blogging (although I didn’t post quite as much as I would have liked), finished all school work on time (why I didn’t get quite so far in blogland as I’d have liked!) and I did have time to relax…I just spent that time doing other things. So, I’d consider it a win!

This week, my Weekly Wishes are to:

  • Keep on exercising! I’ve been good about this lately, but I’d like to do it more often + get ready for bikini season here in Phoenix.
  • Drink more water! Once again, I feel that I’m doing pretty good with this one, but there’s always room for improvement and less sugary drinks.
  • Work on Kayli Wanders’ social media presence. It’s there, but I realize that I spend most time working on my clients SM efforts + not as much my own! I should be doing more.

        Thanks Kayli! I am a project manager for the master degree programs in the computer science departments! Lots of new programs to learn but I am looking forward to it.

    I never remember to drink more water!! Have you seen the thing on pinterest (can’t even find it at the moment) where they have this giant bottle and label it with times throughout the day.. and by that hour you have to have finished the water down to that level? I’ve never tried it, but I wonder if it helps to break it down into baby steps and make it so you’re drinking X amount of water per a few hours.

      I have seen that, Esther and have thought about doing it! It seems very productive but I just can’t commit to it. I’ve been filling up a liter or so large mason jar about 3-4 times per day and that seems to be enough! I try to drink extra on days I do harder physical activity too.

    I need to exercise more too! Or at least…get started…LOL. I think I may start doing weekly goals/wishes as well, just to keep myself on track! I’m in the midst of completely revamping my life!

    Exercise and water are always on my list. I won’t be making it to bikini season, but I was shocked to discover that the bathing suit I was wearing when I was 50 lbs. heavier now fits great. I must have looked amazing-ly horrible in it before! Ha!
