My Love for Headbands {Giveaway}

If you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, you probably know of my unhealthy  obsession with headbands. So when Skyanne offered to send me one free to review here on the bloggity blog (one that I was already looking to buy, no less!) I had no choice but to take her up on her super generous offer…Did I mention she’s giving one away to one of you lovely ladies too? Yup. You can go ahead and thank her.

I chose the Smoky Topaz headband and fell. in. love. Some of the headbands I’ve tried on in the past didn’t do it for me. They’d cut off my circulation and feel tight around my head…something that no one wants! That’s why I love the headbands at Lilla Rose! They’re secured with elastic so you don’t have to deal with any pain or discomfort. I seriously wore mine all day long! I was out and about from 10:30-5 and didn’t even have to adjust it once! If you rock a headband on the reg, you know this is almost impossible as they usually get uncomfortable, your hair usually comes out of place, it starts to move, etc.

I highly recommend them to anyone! If you’d like to see all of the fab hair products Lilla Rose has to offer, go ahead and click here!

  • Caitlyn @ ChemGradBoom

I have a wedding to attend in May and I have been looking for something like this to go with my LBD I will be wearing, so of course I’d rock it to the outdoor ceremony to keep the hair out of my face through the night!

    • Kayli Schattner

That would be so gorgeous, Caitlyn!

  • Darby

I think that I would wear it to jazz up work clothes!

    • Kayli Schattner

    • Kayli Schattner

I totally agree, Gabrielle! I must admit, I was quite worried about the beads hurting my head when I first got it in the mail + was shocked when I discovered it was COMFY. Love.

  • Ashley

I don’t think you could go wrong with any outfit…but I’d go for either something super girly like a lacy sundress or something really casual like leggings and a tunic. Or a chambray shirt and fake leather skater skirt. Still have my eyes peeled for that….off topic. Oh well. :)

    • Kayli Schattner

Hehe, don’t worry!! I am always on the hunt for a good chambray :)

  • Margo

Very, very cute! I’m not sure how my bangs would work out under that but it sure looks great on you! :)

    • Kayli Schattner

      Awe, thanks, Margo!

  • Allison Shorr

How cute! I love headbands. Such a perfect way to cover up a bad hair day!

      Nice, Cynthia!

  • Mo Olivas

I’ve always loved the way headbands look on others but for some reason, they just don’t work for me! Which is fine, because I can’t stand having things on my head anyways. Hats, headbands etc are just so uncomfortable for me! I am a big bow lover though. ;)

    • Kayli Schattner

      Bows are amazeballs! Love.

  • Shelby Fitzpatrick

Tied chambray shirt and my black maxi skirt :)

    • Kayli Schattner

      Cute idea, Shelby!

  • Kenzie S

Either with skinny jeans and a plain v-neck tee, or with my black maxi dress!

    • Kayli Schattner

      Oh, cute idea, Kenzie!

  • Wendie Willis

I would wear it with one of my black maxi skirts and black american flag crop top :)

    • Kayli Schattner

      Love that idea, Wendie!

  • DeeBy

I’d wear it with a navy and white cotton dress and strappy sandals. Thanks for the chance to win.

    • Kayli Schattner

That sounds lovely! Good luck, DeeBy!

  • jointhegossip

That headband you’re wearing is so cute!

Stopping by via Treat Yo Self linkup :)

    • Kayli Schattner

      Thanks, girl!

  • Kate

I’m here via the Treat Yo Self linkup too! :) Love this headband. You make it look so effortless and chic! I would wear the headband with a loose white tee and skinny dark washes with a pair of riding boots. Such a lovely headband seems like it would need the most classic canvas to really shine. :)

    • Kayli Schattner

Awe, thanks, Kate! I think your outfit sounds like a super cute idea!

  • 618mo

I would wear it with this pretty Coral dress I have.
